The client’s traditional process involved manually searching for thousands of unstructured file from hundreds stores on different portals and using specific rules to filter out key data of employee attendance and his stores invoices. The process was highly time-consuming, expensive and the client needed to reduce the overall operation time to be more efficient. Additionally, the client had a limited budget, and they needed an affordable solution to fix their operational mess. TheUSCGroup was approached to help the client in automating the process.
TheUSCGroup team started the project by having multiple induction calls with the client, especially who manages more than 50-100 stores and maintain inhouse business management team of 20-50 employees more or less to understand their business requirements and their process contains daily tasks in detail. Using various in-house tools and framework-based analysis, we identified areas of improvement in the client’s process.
After identifying the areas of improvement, we prepared an extensive research and analysis report and shared it with the client. The report highlighted the development approach for their manual process and provided recommendations to automate the manual task.
As a solution, we helped the client finding right business solution to automate their 3 major most time consuming and repetitive tasks such as time sheet adherence, invoices and payments, data automation. Our built product automates millions of manual processes, manage, and organize 10’000’s of flow data that could fetch & collect across your enterprise in one click. It removes human effort from repetitive tasks from making mistakes, make it more efficient plus arrange and deploy all the data under one assigned storage or dashboard. For example, in one of our case studies you will read the business requirement is to automate daily financial reports/bills from their books/QB and verify their numerous vendors reports, including Grubhub, Doordash, Uber Eats.. This involved meticulous inspections and significant manual labor to validate vast amounts of data and calculations. Results: We forecasted their financial reports, automated the entire process, ensuring that the client receives accurate results without any errors and saved them thousands of dollars. We have also successfully completed their timesheet adherence tasks that automates all their employees’ timesheets for 50 stores. Now using our product, they could flag and validate all the numbers of hours worked by their employees before running their weekly payroll. We have many more automated projects in pipeline as we go.
